CaveSpeak Terms of Use

By using CaveSpeak, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 and legally able to accept these Terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to Apple, Google, and any optionally linked Discord account secure. Do not impersonate another person or link an identity, membership, or transaction you do not control.
AI service and important limitations
CaveSpeak is a concise AI assistant delivered through supported apps. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate. Verify important information independently.
Acceptable use and zero tolerance
You may not use CaveSpeak to create, request, distribute, or facilitate child sexual exploitation; credible threats; targeted harassment; non-consensual intimate content; meaningful assistance for violence, weapons misuse, self-harm, fraud, credential theft, malware, or serious wrongdoing; hateful abuse; impersonation or doxxing; spam; trial circumvention; safety bypasses; or other illegal or rights-violating conduct.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. CaveSpeak may filter or refuse unsafe requests, limit features, remove content, suspend access, or terminate accounts. Long-press an AI response and choose Report, or email phi@fatherphi.com.
Your content and AI responses
You retain rights in content you submit and grant Master of AI a limited license to process, transmit, store, reproduce, and review it only to operate CaveSpeak, investigate reports, enforce these Terms, and comply with law. Do not submit content you lack the right to use.
AI responses are general informational output and do not represent Master of AI's views. You are responsible for how you use or share them. Safety controls reduce risk but cannot guarantee every response is accurate or appropriate.
FatherPhi member benefit
While an eligible FatherPhi membership role is active and successfully verified through an explicitly linked Discord account, the member may receive the finite CaveSpeak Standard allowance: 500 app, web, or voice answers per monthly grant period. Ordinary Apple/Google sign-in and matching email addresses are not membership proof. This benefit is not unlimited, does not roll over, is non-transferable, has no cash value, and ends when the eligible role cannot be verified. CaveSpeak may require server-side reverification or reconnection when membership data is delayed, stale, or the account binding changes.
Trials, subscriptions, and refunds
CaveSpeak version 1 offers auto-renewable subscriptions only through Apple's App Store. Standard includes 500 app, web, or voice answers per billing period. Big includes 2,000 answers. Allowances do not roll over.
Eligible new Standard subscribers may receive a seven-day introductory free trial administered by Apple with 30 answers. Big has no introductory trial. Eligibility, localized price, term, and renewal terms shown in Apple's purchase sheet control. Payment is charged to your Apple Account, and the subscription renews automatically until cancelled in Apple subscription settings.
Refund requests are ultimately decided and processed by Apple. CaveSpeak support may record and review a request, but CaveSpeak does not automatically refund overlapping membership periods. Deleting a CaveSpeak account does not cancel an App Store subscription.
License and ownership
Master of AI and its licensors own CaveSpeak, its software, branding, and service content other than your content. You receive a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CaveSpeak on supported devices. You may not sell, copy, reverse engineer, disrupt, bypass controls, or use the service to build a competing model or dataset except where law expressly permits it.
Availability, suspension, and termination
The service may change, experience outages, impose reasonable limits, or discontinue features. We may suspend or terminate access for safety, abuse, fraud, legal requirements, nonpayment, or material breach. Contact support to appeal where appropriate.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, CaveSpeak is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. Master of AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or loss caused by reliance on AI output. Nothing limits mandatory rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing terms and Apple
California law governs, except where your local law provides mandatory rights. Contact us before filing a formal dispute so we can attempt an informal resolution.
For iOS, these Terms supplement Apple's Standard Licensed Application EULA. This agreement is between you and Master of AI, not Apple. Apple has no maintenance or support obligation and is a third-party beneficiary of the iOS license terms.
